تأسستْ رؤية كصفحة على الفيسبوك عام 2012 للتوعية العلمية والشرعية حول بدايات الأشهُر الهجرية. في عام 2015، انطلقتْ كجمعية لهُواة الفلك لتضمَّ العديد من المهتمين بعلوم الفضاء والطقس والرصد الفلكي. وفي عام 2021، تم إطلاق رؤية كمؤسسة غير حكومية معتمَدة من مفوضية المجتمع المدني.
مؤسسة رؤية لعلوم الفضاء وتطبيقاته هي مؤسسةٌ غيرُ حكوميةٍ ليبيةٌ عِلميةٌ، تهدف إلى نشر ثقافة علوم وتقنيات الفضاء، ونشرات الطقس، عبر منصّاتها الرقمية؛ لتكون المصدرَ الأول والموثوق للمعلومة العلمية في الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.

About Us
In 2012, Roaya was established as a Facebook page to raise awareness about the beginnings of the Hijri months. By 2015, it evolved into an association dedicated to astronomy enthusiasts, attracting many who were passionate about space sciences, weather, and astronomical observations. In 2021, Roaya officially became a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) accredited by the Civil Society Commission.
Roaya is a Libyan scientific foundation with a mission to spread the culture of space sciences and technologies, as well as provide accurate weather forecasts through its digital platforms. Our goal is to be the first reliable source of scientific information in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
